- Please provide 24 hours cancellation notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full service price.
- We require a credit card to hold your reservation.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your wax, massage, skin care or lash appointment to complete or update your intake forms.
- Release forms must be completed prior to any wax, massage, skin care or lash appointment.
- Arriving late will limit the time of for your appointment. Your service will end on time in respect for the next client. The full value of your original service will be charged.
- Changing rooms and showers are available to all clients.
- In consideration of others, please turn off your cell phone while in Spa Scotta.
- Quiet and attended children are welcome at Spa Scotta. Our staff is unable to supervise children.
