RETURN POLICY
Except where expressly indicated on certain skin care products, all sales are final.  Damaged products will be replaced upon return to SpaScotta.com or its retail store, at your own expense, along with your receipt or invoice.  

Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date.

We recommend that you send your package insured and tracked, as SpaScotta.com is not responsible for missing items or packages.

Returns must be sent to: Spa Scotta, 4915 25th Ave NE, Ste. 103 W, Seattle, WA  98105.

Please include the provided Return/Exchange Form explaining the reason for the return.
Your approved return will not be processed until we have received your original order.
Your original credit card used for purchase will be credited less shipping charges within one week following the return approval.

SHIPPING RATES
We use USPS for our US shipping methods. We are only able to send to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses using USPS. We require signature confirmation for all deliveries.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are shipped Tuesday-Friday.  Orders received after 1:00pm Pacific on Friday will be processed the following Tuesday morning. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. Order processing will not take place on major US Postal holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Fourth of July, Easter).

SALES TAX
Sales tax of 9.0% is applied to orders where SpaScotta.com has a physical presence, which is Washington State.

CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once your order has been submitted any modifications or cancellations must be made prior the order being processed and shipped. Please email contact@SpaScotta.com or call 1.206.522.5800 for any change requests.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Items are not guaranteed, if an item is sold out, the customer will be notified immediately via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
SpaScotta.com accepts credit cards and Spa Scotta Gift Cards as forms of payment. If a credit card company is being used for a purchase, Spa Scotta may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. If the balance from a Spa Scotta Gift Certificate is used for a purchase, the amount is deducted from your Gift Certificate (as the case may be) at the time of purchase. If the total amount of the purchase is greater than the balance available in your Gift Certificate your credit card will be charged for the balance. SpaScotta.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & STORE CREDIT
Spa Scotta Gift Certificates are emailed to the chosen recipient.  Certificates may be redeemed in store or online. If your purchase is less than the full amount of the Gift Certificate, the remaining balance will be applied towards a future purchase. Gift Certificates are ineligible for refunds.
